Julian M Kilsby is available for commissioned work and although he now specialises predominantly in wedding reportage, he has experience in a number of photographic fields, including portraiture, travel, music, product, architectural and interior design photography.

Julian’s contemporary creative style could be termed wedding reportage, wedding photojournalism, wedding documentary, wedding storybook or candid wedding photography – whatever you want to call it; he offers an exciting alternative to traditional wedding photography.

“I don’t shoot the predictable choreographed photos that many have come to accept as the norm, that staunch formal photography that inevitably disrupts the natural flow of your day.
        

My intention is to observe and visually interpret the very essence of your day, to capture the heartbeat of the wedding.

Your wedding will be filled with moments that reveal all the sentiments, sensations, personalities and passion that make the day uniquely yours. The anticipations, the unscripted emotion, feelings written on faces, gestures of love and celebration, the subtle details and the striking spectacle. My photographs will tell your unique story, capturing those moments as they unfold.

The coverage will also include some contemporary, imaginative and stylised bride & groom portraits.

Of course, the family portraits are part of the wedding day. And should you want a few formal group shots, I am more than happy to shoot them quickly and efficiently, so as not to disrupt the celebrations."

Your finished images will be supplied in both Colour and Black & White.
